2nd  :This $16 billion exclusion list: exclusions will apply on August 23, 2018 when the $16 billion lawsuit goes into effect and will be extended for one year after the issuance of this notice. The U.S. customs and border protection will issue guidance on the entry of goods and instructions to enforce the exclusion of additional duties

3rd:This $200 billion exclusion list: exclusions will be effective from September 24, 2018 (the effective date of the $200 billion lawsuit) to August 7, 2020. The U.S. customs and border protection will issue guidance on the entry of goods and instructions to enforce the exclusion of additional duties.
